Starters

Antipasto
Antipasto platter is a wonderful Italian hors d'oeuvre basket with lots of sliced salami, prosciutto, Italian cheese, fresh melon, marinated eggplant, peppers, olives, sundried tomato-olive pesto , artichoke Parmesan spread, served with Italian breads.

Vegetable Primavera
Our vegetable platter is a colorful array of freshly cut and blanched vegetables and roasted potatoes, with your choice of dip: spinach or herb garlic.

Fresh Fruit Platter
This is a delightful selection of sliced melon, seasonal fruits and fresh berries, all arranged in a wicker basket. It is perfect for breakfast and parties.

Served hot with a French baguette.

TORTELLINI ROSE: cheese filled pasta, tossed in a creamy sundried tomato sauce with parmesan.


MANICOTTI: pasta rolls, filled with ricotta, mozzarella, & parmesan, topped with marinara sauce, and more mozzarella.


ZITI AL FORNO: baked pasta with meat, mozzarella, and tomato sauce


PASTA MARINARA: our house made sauce, topped on your choice of pasta, spaghetti, rigatoni, or penne


PASTA E POLPETTE: homemade meatballs and pasta with marinara sauce. Your choice of Pasta, spaghetti, rigatoni, or penne


CHICKEN PARMIGIANA: boneless, breast of chicken lightly breaded, and baked with tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese s


Chicken Rustica
Boneless chicken breast is stuffed with spinach, fontina cheese, sundried tomatoes and ricotta cheese. Serve hot or room temperature.
Minimum order of 6 breasts.

Appetizers and Finger Foods

Rack of Lamb Chops marinated in an olive oil rosemary sauce, and roasted to perfection
Bite size, great finger food.

Scallops wrapped in Prosciutto
Large scallops wrapped with proscuitto, then pan seared, with wine and garlic. Served room temperture.

Mozzarella Caprese
Fresh Mozzarella slices, with olive oil, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar.

Shrimp Skewers
Large marinated shrimp grilled on a skewer

MELON WRAPPED PROSCIUTTO

Eggplant Parmigiana layers of breaded fresh eggplant, with our house made tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan


Pasta Pollo Marsala pasta tossed in our light cream marsala wine sauce with chicken, and broccoli.


Spinaci Pasta sauteed spinach with garlic, chicken, kalamante olives, capers and parmesan tossed with pasta.


Romano creamy butter parmesan cheese sauce tossed with pasta.

  • Prices do not include taxes and to go fees
  • Small trays feed aproximately 8-10 people
  • Large trays feed approximately 10-16 people
  • If you don't see something you'd like, just ask, and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
  • All food items can be presented on ceramic serving dishes (for an additonal refundable deposit*), or on disposable dishes, at an additonal fee.
  • Serving utensils can be provided also, with a refundable deposit*.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Deposits will be refunded when all items are returned in same clean condition.

    $20.00/Hour - 4 hour minimum (November, December & January $25.00/Hour)
  • Chef
    $150.00/minimum 3 hours - $50.00/Hour for additional service.
  • Gratuity
    18% of food and beverage total (minimum of $25.00/per server)
  • Corkage fee $7.00/per bottle
