Insalate e Antipasti (Salads and Appetizers)

Insalate Mista - Fresh lettuce mix, shredded carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes tossed with a balsamic-olive oil vinagrette.
Foccacia - Homemade Italian seasoned flatbread served with marinara, olive oil and garlic.
Antipasto - Salami, ham, mozzarella, giardinara on a bed of lettuce with House dressing.
Caesar - Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with dressing, parmesan and our homemade croutons. Add Anchovies 1.50
Add Chicken 2.50
Garlic Bread - 'American style' garlic, butter parmesan spread on Italian bread.
Bruschetta - Toasted bread topped with sun-dried tomato pesto, fresh tomatoes, parmesan and melted mozzarella.
Arrosto D'Aglio - Roasted garlic bulb served with Italian toasted bread and marinara sauce.
Mozzarella Caprese - Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil, served with balsamic vinegar and bread
Calamari - Lightly floured squid, with a lemon peppered seasoning, fried golden brown and served with
marinara sauce.
Vongole e Cozze Stuffato - Steamed Clams and mussels in garlic and wine.
Ravioli - Lightly breaded fried ravioli, filled with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Served with marinara.

Rigatoni Pollo e Spinaci - Fresh spinach, chicken breast, artichokes and tomatoes all sauteed in olive oil, garlic and parmesan, then tossed with rigatoni pasta
Puttanesca - Penne pasta in a light tomato sauce with kalamata olives, capers, garlic and parmesan cheese. Have it like the Italians do...Add anchovies 1.00
Salsiccia - Italian ground pork sausage sauteed with our marinara sauce and tossed with your choice of spaghetti, penne or rigatoni pasta.
Penne Marsala - Sauteed sliced chicken with mushrooms, garlic and fresh broccoli in a light Marsala wine cream sauce.
Bolognese - Seasoned meat sauce on your choice of spaghetti, penne or rigatoni pasta.
Polpette - Mama's meatballs served with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Choice of spaghetti, penne or rigatoni pasta.

Penne e Broccoli - Sun dried tomatoes, fresh broccoli and tomatoes sauteed in olive oil and tossed with pasta and parmesan.

Marinara - Our homemade tomato sauce with fresh basil and garlic, served over your choice of spaghetti, penne or rigatoni pasta.
Tortellini con Panna Rosso - Fresh cheese filled pasta in a creamy sun-dried tomato garlic sauce.
Bianco - Sauteed mushrooms and garlic in a light parmesan cream sauce and tossed with penne pasta.
Fettucini Romano - Sauteed olive oil and garlic in a creamy butter, parmesan sauce and tossed with fettucini pasta.
Prosciutto con Panna - Sauteed red onions and Italian ham, in a light black pepper cream sauce and tossed with fettucini pasta.
Fettucini di Davide - Roman style dish. Sauteed olive oil, garlic, pinenuts, green olives, and fresh tomatoes. Topped with crumbled blue cheese.

Pasta al Forno (Baked Pasta Dishes)

Served with garlic bread and house Italian salad. Caesar salad add .50

Lasagne con Carne - Layers of seasoned ground beef, parmesan, mozzarella and marinara sauce.
Manicotti - Three stuffed pasta rolls filled with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan. Topped with marinara, more mozzarella cheese, and baked.
Baked Rigatoni - With ground Italian sausage, marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Lasagne Vegetarian - Fresh sauteed vegetables, roasted red peppers, layered with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and marinara sauce, then baked golden brown.
Ziti - Pasta mixed with crumbled meatballs, marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Baked Ravioli al Forno - Cheese filled ravioli baked with our marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Lasagne Emigliana - Northern Italy style lasagne, layered with shredded beef loin, sausage, ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella and tomato sauce. Baked and topped with more mozzarella.

Pollo Parmigiana - Boneless breast of lightly breaded chicken baked with our homemade sauce and topped with mozzarella.
Pollo Piccante - White meat chicken in a lemon, white wine and garlic butter sauce
Vitello Parmigiana - Lightly breaded, pan seared veal, with marinara and mozzarella cheese.
Agnello (Lamb Skewers) - Marinated lamb pieces with rosemary and thyme. Grilled and served with our homemade gatto*
Vitello Scaloppine - Veal cutlet sauteed with mushrooms and garlic in a light marsala cream sauce.
Melanzane Parmigiana - Lightly breaded eggplant baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
Bistecca - 10 oz Beef loin grilled to perfection. Served with our homemade gatto* and broccoli.

Piatti di Pesce (Fish and Seafood)

Served with garlic bread and house Italian salad. Caesar salad add .50

Tonno Alla Griglia - Ahi grilled to your liking. Topped with a tomato, olive, pinenut herb relish. Served with Cheese ravioli.
Frutte di Mare - Fresh clams, shrimp and tomatoes sauteed in garlic and olive oil. All tossed in a red wine sauce with linguini pasta.
Salmon e Basilco - Grilled salmon with a pesto butter white wine sauce. Seved atop fettucine pasta.
Linguini con Gamberi - Large shrimp sauteed with olive oil, and garlic in a white wine, butter and lemon sauce, tossed with parsley and linguini.
Vongole Bianca - Fresh clams in a light white wine cream sauce, tossed with linguini pasta.
Pesce Imbotito - Petrale Sole stuffed with our delicious mix of seafood, herb and ricotta filling. Baked and topped with a creamy butter sauce, zucchini, carrots and yellow squash. Served on a bed of fettucini pasta.
Fettucini con Pesto and Gamberi - Sauteed shrimp with olive oil and garlic in a basil pesto sauce.

Stromboli - Baked in our fresh dough bread, stuffed with salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Served with Italian house salad.
Polpette - Homemade meatballs, onions, green peppers, marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Salsiccia - Italian ground sausage, green peppers, onions, marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Melanzane - Thinly sliced breaded eggplant baked with marinara and mozzarella cheese
